1. Shipping Locations
Cozy Loops currently ships products across India, subject to courier availability at the delivery address provided by the customer.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date the order is placed.
As Cozy Loops specialises in handmade crochet products, each order may require time for careful preparation, quality checking, and packaging.
Working days exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays.
3. Delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any delivery timeframe communicated by Cozy Loops is an estimate and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders of ₹1,499 or above.
For orders below ₹1,499, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including their name, mobile number, PIN code, and any other information required for successful delivery.
Cozy Loops shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Delays During Transit
Cozy Loops will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery. However, we shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or incorrect delivery information.

Where tracking facilities are available, tracking information may be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.
